Shipping policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Since all of our orders are made to order, it typically takes about 12-15 business days for our customers to receive their packages (this does not include any shipping delays from the carrier). It takes approximately 7-10 days to create your handmade product, 1-2 days for your order to authenticate, and 3-4 days to ship to you once packaged up and mailed off. 

  • First Class Package:                                                                                     First Class Mail takes up to 30 - 40 days to be delivered; current estimated delivery dates can be extended due to COVID-19, Presidential Election, and the holidays. Please keep this in mind when purchasing first class shipping. We are not responsible for late deliveries. 
  • Priority Package or Higher:                                                                        Priority Shipping typically arrives on schedule, however current estimated delivery dates can be extended due to COVID-19, Presidential Election, and the holidays. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. We are not responsible for late deliveries. 
  • Ready to Ship Collection:                                                                              Faster Shipping due to decreased processing time. All items in our "Ready to Ship" Collection have already been premade and are ready to ship out and arrive as quickly as 7-10 business days. It typically takes about 2-5 days for your items to ship out and then another 3-4 days to arrive to you.  However, please keep in mind this is an estimated delivery date and can be effected or extended by shipping method along with any carrier delays such as COVID-19, Presidential Election, and the holidays. Please keep this in mind when purchasing as we are not responsible for late deliveries. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are on a variable cost depending on the size and weight of the specific item being purchased. However, we do run *free shipping* promotions, keep up to date with that on our Instagram and Facebook. 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. However it is also based on a variable cost.
